The first-floor build-to-suit space at C.E. Welch's corner entrance can include an interior stairwell leading downstairs to a second space on the ground floor directly below it. Both are available to the same tenant.

Ground Floor Office Space

This office space is on the ground floor and accessible from the parking lot.
